PRODUCT SAFETY

Menucha Supplies believes that a good business must carefully manage its environment, as well as the health and safety of its employees and customers. Safety is a top priority for us.

Toys and other children's products imported into the United States are subject to stringent safety standards and regulations. We are constantly striving to meet or exceed these expectations. To ensure the safety of the toys we distribute, we closely monitor all recalls that come to our attention and use sound judgment when selecting suppliers who must comply with applicable product safety regulations. In the unlikely event that a product we distribute is recalled, a company-wide system is in place to respond immediately. We will inform our customers in an open and timely manner.

We work hard to maintain our customers' trust in us by providing them with safe, high-quality products that encourage play, learning, and fun.

Concerning our Suppliers

Our suppliers are our business partners. We all share the goal of successfully delivering high-quality products and services on time. All suppliers are required to follow our Corporate Responsibility Policy, which addresses issues such as product safety and integrity, environmental and social impact, and brand reputation.

In order to ensure that labor practices and worker welfare are up to par with industry standards throughout our supply chain, Menucha Supplies is committed to collaborating with suppliers. We also encourage them to practice safe and environmentally friendly behavior. Our representatives actively monitor supplier operations around the world, visiting factories on a regular basis to ensure that they are in compliance with this policy.

Affirmative Action

It is the policy of Menucha Supplies to follow all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding affirmative action and equal employment opportunity for employees and applicants in all aspects of employment. We expect our vendors and suppliers to ensure non-discrimination in all their hiring practices.
