The Translucent Sand and Water Tray promotes sensory play and STEM concepts such as weight, buoyancy and water displacement. Children scoop, build and pour as they play, which also improves fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. The powder coated, tubular steel frame prevents rust. The tray is injection molded under high heat and pressure to provide uniform thickness and strength. It will withstand being filled with water or sand without bending. Keep the stand in place with the 2 lockable casters. The tray includes a screw-in plug for easy water discharge. Screws, hex key and assembly instructions included.
